The IT Release Analyst - HR is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of a ServiceNow HRSD platform supporting 17,000 global end users.

This position reports to the Senior Manager HR IT and is part of the HR Enterprise Applications Team located in Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.

IT Release Analyst - HR

What you will do:

• Coordinate Release Activities: assist in planning and coordinating release schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on timelines and changes to be delivered.
• Manage Release Documentation: maintain comprehensive documentation on release processes, post-release reviews, and assist with creation of release notes, etc.
• Support Testing: collaborate closely with development team to test new releases, ensuring functionality is aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor and Report on Releases: track progress of each release, raise potential issues for resolution if required, and provide regular updates throughout the course of a release cycle to stakeholders.

Who you are:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Have direct experience with release management or project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Demonstrate understanding of SDLC principles and methodologies such as Agile.
• Are able to analyze data related to release performance, identifying trends and areas of improvement with a keen eye for continuous improvement.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Translating complex business requirements into creative, technical solutions which help drive adoption of business-critical software platforms.
