The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Suites Runners to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Suites Runner, you will be responsible for expediting food from the kitchen to our guests as quickly as possible.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Delivers orders from the Suites pantries in an efficient and timely manner to the correct luxury suite
• Inquire and ensure guest satisfaction during the event by working with the suite attendant
• Provides quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the dining room and kitchen
• Bus suites, with the suite attendant’s approval, taking empty dishes to the kitchen
• Cleans off and wipes down work area and carts at the end of the event
• Assist other runners or suite attendants as needed
• Assist dessert carts with restocking/serving desserts during the event
• Performs other duties as assigned

More about you

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. and ability to push up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for entire length of shift
• Frequent bending, stretching, reaching and walking up and down stairs as the work duties demand
• Good mobility to maneuver between tables or within narrow spaces to deliver food to customers
• Ability to balance food and beverage on a tray while walking around customers and on stairs
