Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $80,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Maintain an integrated product line road-map and ensure alignment to stakeholder expectations
  • Drive overall engineering effort for food, beverage, and retail experiences
  • Work with the quality assurance team to identify opportunities to build test cases, and ensure requirements are validated through user acceptance testing
  • Create support documentation as products transition from product development life-cycle to client delivery projects.
  • Document all aspects of product lines within the product catalog and leverage catalog to create training opportunities to grow subject matter expertise across the organization

More about you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience within the hospitality or sports service industries
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution engineering, sales engineer functions, or product management, including experience with technical writing
  • Hands-on experience with agile project management, including scrum and kanban frameworks and platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise point-of-sale architecture, including mobile and kiosk channels and experience with solutions leveraging public cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services
  • The ability to travel between 25-50%
