Position Overview

We’re seeking a Digital Content & Product Data Analyst with a strong creative and analytical background to elevate product listings and digital experiences. You will serve as the bridge between design, content, ecommerce, and data operations assuring our product data and visual content meet world-class standards across our digital channels.

This role requires hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Cognito Forms, data analysis, and ecommerce platforms. You’ll work closely with Category Management, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure content quality, brand consistency, and data integrity.

What you'll do:

  • Lead product content creation and optimization efforts, enhanced descriptions, infographics, PDFs, and more
  • Create and manage digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom)
  • Profile, analyze, and audit product content to identify gaps and prioritize enhancements
  • Collaborate with vendors to collect high-quality product images, specs, and marketing content
  • Support digital catalog setup and manage content via forms and PIM systems (e.g., Cognito Forms, internal tools)
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across e-commerce listings and internal product systems
  • Conduct industry benchmarking to keep content and imagery competitive and engaging
  • Perform regular content and data reporting using Excel, SQL, or other analysis tools
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data/content issues and improve processes
  • Document workflows and content standards to support scalable operations
  • Recommend and help implement tools, templates, and process improvements for content operations

Skills We Are Seeking:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in product content, ecommerce, or design
  • Bonus: Experience with product data management systems (PIM), CMS platforms, or DAM systems
  • Strong portfolio or examples of content work, including product imagery, infographics, and layout design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom
  • Comfortable working with Cognito Forms and/or similar tools for data intake
  • Basic-to-intermediate skills in SQL and Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital merchandising best practices
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
