POSITION SUMMARY:

The Partner Engagement Sales Support Specialist supports the Director of Partner Engagement Operations in driving the operational efficiency and strategic execution of the Partner Engagement sales team. This role is responsible for maintaining CRM integrity, optimizing systems, coordinating field resources, and leading key initiatives that enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness. Additionally, this position is instrumental in optimizing CRM utilization and ensuring event readiness, serving as a key executor in advancing the department’s strategic priorities under the Director’s guidance. This is a remote opportunity.

Whenever working remotely, the candidate's home network must meet the minimum required speed and follow the hardware connection settings determined by their provisioned equipment and department role. Essential Accountabilities:

  • Ensure CRM accuracy, manage data integrity, execute system updates, and maintain reports to support field events and lead generation, providing reliable information essential for decision-making.
  • Refine workflows, track operational performance, and enhance CRM and project management tools.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, onboarding materials, and additional internal resources for team training.
  • Oversee systems for organizing and distributing communication assets, marketing collateral, and training content.
  • Provide system and reporting support to the Partner Engagement sales team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Represent the Partner Engagement sales team when identifying process inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and contributing to automation initiatives.
  • Lead pilot projects to test scalable models, monitor success metrics, and coordinate rollouts across teams.
  • Oversee event logistics, manage calendars, process materials, and track resources.
  • Collaborate with Partner Engagement Marketing to align field resources with brand messaging and outreach strategies. Provide refinement and editing assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, partner engagement, sales enablement, CRM administration, project coordination, or data management/reporting
  • Previous experience in Partner Engagement Management, higher education marketing, or a comparable field
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with CRM systems (REACH or Salesforce) and Project Management systems
  • Ability to document procedures, respond to system-related inquiries, and ensure process consistency
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering expected outcomes
  • Skilled in process mapping, internal documentation, and cross-functional coordination
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • An effective communicator with strong verbal, listening, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and field-focused audiences
  • A collaborative team player who is adaptable, flexible, and committed to integrity
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Independent and resourceful self-starter with sound judgment and the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
