Medical-Medical Communication
- Execute scientific exchange with domestic and international medical KOL in hemophilia area about the latest medical information (papers, conference presentations, guidelines, safety information, etc) and establish a good and reliable relationship.
- Provide the latest medical information based on the scientific evidence for promoting the appropriate use of Pfizer products including development products and off-label information in response to requests from external customers (KOL / HCP / academic societies) (papers, conference presentations, guidelines, Safety information etc) and appropriately respond to UMR (Unsolicited Medical Requests)
- If necessary, appropriately support CTP (Compound Transfer Program), CRC (Clinical Research Collaboration) and NIS (Non-interventional Study) based on relevant laws , regulation of industry and internal SOP.
Collection and analysis of customer insights
- About important knowledge and latest information (papers, conference presentations, guidelines, safety information etc) based on scientific evidence, discuss with identified medical KOLs, collect and analyze insights
- Also, through communication with those medical KOLs, grasp the state of treatment of endcrinology areas and identify unmet medical needs. Then, grasp how Pfizer's medicines and activities are useful and reflect it in the medical strategy.
Medical Communication
- Ensure the scientific validity of promotional activities by providing to the internal commercial division (marketing and sales departments) the latest information (scientific papers, conference presentations, guidelines, safety information etc.) based on scientific evidence , and analysis results of medical insight.
- Communicate unmet medical needs collected relevant to product development and life cycle strategy.
- Support medical and scientific education in the internal commercial division in endocrinology area.

- Penetrate the value of Medical Affairs to both inside and outside the company by observing the Code of Conduct of Medical Affairs (eg. Guidance for External Medical Interactions, MA01 Policy) and acting.

3. Experience & Education/certification
Minimum requirement
- 4 year university undergraduate degree AND master’s degree in life science, or
- Pharmacists
- 4-year university graduates with pharmacist license and
- master’s degree or equivalent life science research experience, or
- 6–year university graduates with pharmacist license, or
- Nurses with master’s degree, or
- Veterinarians, or
- Dentists, or
- MDs
In addition to those who meet the minimum requirements above, the qualifications below are preferred
- MD (clinical experience, board certification preferred)
- PhD in Life Science
