The Senior CRM Strategy & Enablement Advisor is responsible for reimagining the role of our CRM, from a static data repository into a dynamic business enablement platform. This advisor defines and drives the CRM strategy, adoption roadmap, and enterprise alignment to unlock the full potential of our Salesforce platform.

This role is accountable for embedding CRM into the daily activities of our field and home office teams, ensuring it delivers on its promise of centralized visibility, strategic account planning, productivity, and performance. By aligning CRM capabilities with business priorities, the advisor enables better decision-making, stronger collaboration, and measurable impact across new acquisition and account development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of Salesforce into a core commercial enablement tool by aligning platform capabilities to business and sales strategy.
  • Create a CRM transformation roadmap incorporating short-term and long-term strategy, grounded in measurable business value and user adoption milestones.
  • Define success criteria for CRM usage, outcomes, and system evolution in partnership with Sales Leadership.
  • Develop and implement adoption campaigns tailored to field sales and home office teams.
  • Shift CRM perception from static compliance to value-driving engagement by embedding it into strategic planning, account management, and acquisition.
  • Promote user accountability and system trust through training, enablement, and executive sponsorship.
  • Ensure Salesforce supports both dealer and business priorities/needs.
  • Partner with IT, Business Technology, Field Sales, and Sales Reporting to deliver enhancements, dashboards, and reporting that empower users and leaders.
  • Standardize account onboarding, handoffs, and customer journey touchpoints through CRM process design.
  • Establish data governance standards and partner with Business Technology and Sales Reporting to ensure CRM reflects real-time, reliable account data.
  • Support Sales Leadership in using CRM insights for team coaching, performance reviews, financial forecasting.
  • Identify and report on CRM-driven wins, efficiency gains, and pipeline movement to demonstrate business impact.

Qualifications:

  • Strong CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales models, dealer networks, and account planning
  • Proven ability to drive behavior change and adoption without direct authority
  • Skilled in change management (Prosci, ADKAR or similar framework)
  • Experience with Agile development and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strategic mindset with strong communication, presentation, and influence skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with ability to link insights to business value
