Job Summary

The Account Manager – GSI will drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction by managing data and administrative processes for GSI Operations. You'll maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, oversee inforce plan administration, and support strategic initiatives with minimal supervision. Your work ensures accuracy in renewals, plan design updates, and key customer communications—all contributing to the success of a significant block of business.

  • Oversee all aspects of inforce groups, including renewals and plan design changes (40%)
  • Maintain and grow distribution partner relationships (30%)
  • Ensure timely, high-quality administrative support and communication (30%)
  • Ability to work with GSI policy administration processes, including renewals and plan design updates, is a requirement of the role.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of customer care or operational experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting/cleaning)
  • Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and act on business and customer data

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Knowledge of group insurance or financial services industry
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$64,250.00 - $94,000.00
