The Arena Group is hiring a Head of Incubation to lead the launch and scale of new digital media brands. This high-impact role is perfect for a strategic builder with a track record of driving new content sites from nothing to 4M+ monthly pageviews.
You’ll oversee multiple site incubations across verticals like news, lifestyle, sports, and finance—developing growth strategies, operational playbooks, and transition plans for long-term brand teams. Success in this role requires deep expertise in SEO, Google Discover, and digital content ecosystems. If you’re driven to build and grow high-performing media properties, we’d love to connect.
The Arena Group’s expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $175,000 - $250,000. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group’s total compensation and benefits available to its employees.
