Sauna360 Inc, a Watkins Wellness/Masco company, is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to provide sales support, ensuring a positive sales experience with both internal and external customers. Assist with daily Regional Sales Manager and dealer account activities such as phone support, assisting with room design and creating custom quotes, assisting with freight support, qualifying new projects, and providing quality assurance. Act as liaison between dealers and related Sauna360 departments (e.g. Regional Sales Managers, Accounting, Production, Technical Support). Starting wages range from $19 - $21/hr based on experience and education.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer Service
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Extensive contact with dealers and regional sales managers
Communicate with production management and technical support
Communicate production schedules to customers, as informed by company expediter and production manager
Technical support
Internal and External Sales staff

Experience working with multi-line phone system
