Oracle EMEA – Manager, Technical Alliance Leader

Oracle

Are you a visionary technologist who thrives on solving complex challenges and enabling partner success?

Do you have a passion for driving innovation, developing high-impact teams, and supporting partners through every stage of the cloud journey?

Join Oracle’s EMEA Technology Engineering team as a Manager of Technical Alliance Consultants (TACs) leading the Partner Centre of Excellence Tech Engineering group and play a pivotal role in scaling Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) adoption through our top strategic partners, including GSIs and specialized cloud implementation firms. You will lead a team that empowers partners to architect, implement, and scale OCI-based services and solutions, driving customer success and market impact across EMEA.

This role leads the execution of Oracle’s cloud strategy and sales plays with a channel and partner-first lens. You’ll oversee a team of senior Technical Alliance Consultants who serve as trusted advisors to Oracle Partners—guiding them through technical enablement, joint solution development, and cloud implementation success.

Your team will work closely with A&C Partner Account Managers, Oracle Account Cloud Engineers, Cloud Adoption, Technology Black Belts, and Product teams to provide hands-on architectural and go-to-market support for partner-built solutions. This includes guidance across pre-sales, delivery execution, service integration, and technical readiness.

You will be accountable for ensuring partners accelerate time-to-cloud, reduce implementation risks, and deliver repeatable, scalable cloud services—especially for complex and regulated workloads.
