About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Alfa Laval Membranes in Nakskov, you will be instrumental in driving quality excellence in a site renowned for advanced membrane solutions. You will contribute to maintaining a robust Quality Management System and support our efforts toward continuous improvement and customer trust.

You will:

• Lead deviation handling and compile trend reports to support data-driven improvements
• Support the maintenance and development of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and halal standards
• Manage change request processes and ensure proper documentation control
• Conduct internal audits and assist during customer and third-party audits
• Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate claims handling, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions

What You Know

You are curious, systematic, and improvement-oriented. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by structure and quality outcomes.

• Solid knowledge of QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP)
• Experience with quality assurance in production or process industry environments
• Proficient in handling audits, deviations, and claims processes
• Skilled in analyzing quality data and generating actionable reports
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and verbal

Alfa Laval Nakskov A/S is the global centre for membrane technology, where we develop, produce, and deliver membrane and membrane systems used in biotech, pharma, food, and industrial water treatment.
