About the Role:

Arcis Golf is seeking a certified and experienced Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness and wellness team in a prestigious country club environment. We’re looking for a fitness professional who combines a passion for health and wellness with an upscale, service-oriented approach to personal training. If you thrive in an elite setting and are committed to helping members achieve their goals, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one training sessions customized to clients’ fitness levels and personal goals
• Create and maintain individualized fitness programs
• Track client progress and provide motivational support
• Ensure the fitness area remains safe, clean, and inviting
• (Preferred) Lead or assist with group fitness classes
• Collaborate with the wellness team to deliver a high-end member experience

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification required
• 3–5 years of experience in personal training, preferably in a country club or luxury fitness setting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Bonus: Experience leading group fitness classes
