BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Call Center Representative in Fishers, IN.

Position Title: Call Center Representative

Location: 10300 Kincaid Dr, Ste 100, Fishers, IN 46037

Anticipated Start Date: 06-30-2025

Expected Duration: 3+ Months (contract to hire position)

Job Type: (40+ HOURS WEEKLY], [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]

Pay Range: $22.00/hr to $26.27/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Shift Timings: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM with hour lunch

Job Description:

• Looking for contractors who are not super technical process is well defined.
• This would be experienced call center representatives who have good attention to detail and are dependable.
• Client specifically mentioned taking pride in what they do.
• As mentioned, the person does not have to be technical, but someone who either owns an iPhone or iPad can do this with a call center background.
• The reps are going to be on the phone with retail employees, giving instructions.
• Taking command of the conversation would be a strong point.
• Going to be repetitive conversations.
• About 25 iPads will be upgraded each day.
• They will have access to point-of-sale software to do remote configuration on an iPad.
• Going to have to register the application that is already assigned to the iPad, so just a re-registration (Dayforce)
