The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We are seeking a seasoned Partnerships Lead and programmatic advertising expert to manage our partnership team and grow our strategic relationships with exchanges and premium supply partners. This role sits at the nexus of leadership, business development, and deep programmatic knowledge. As the leader of our partnerships team, you will drive inventory growth, shape emerging web strategies, and spearhead programmatic deal execution that expands Moloco’s footprint and impact across the ecosystem. You will collaborate cross-functionally, influence key stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in shaping Moloco’s supply strategy as we scale.

The Opportunity:

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Partnerships Team

  • Own full management of the partnerships team responsible for relationships with in-app and omni-channel exchanges, as well as SSPs.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build their programmatic expertise and negotiation skills.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and growth plans aligned with Moloco’s broader business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-accountability culture within the team.

Drive Growth of Premium Inventory Supply

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow premium inventory by signing new high-value partners and expanding the footprint with existing partners.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with top exchanges and supply partners to maximize inventory quality and scale.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align supply strategies with demand-side needs and product roadmap.

Shape and Expand Web Inventory Strategy

  • Own the development and execution of our web inventory growth plans, a key growth area for the next 12 months.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic prioritization.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize web supply integration, yield management, and user experience.

Lead Programmatic Deal Strategy and Execution

  • Design and lead PMP and programmatic deal strategies with publishers via GAM and other platforms.
  • Negotiate complex programmatic deals to maximize reach, fill rates, and revenue for both Moloco and partners.
  • Monitor deal performance and optimize terms and delivery to ensure ongoing partner satisfaction and growth.
  • Collaborate with DSP and SSP stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Market Insight

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales teams to provide market feedback and drive product innovations that meet partner and client needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting programmatic advertising and supply partnerships.
  • Represent Moloco at industry events and build a thought leadership profile to attract strategic partners.

How Do I Know If This Role is Right for Me?

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in supply partnerships, exchanges, or SSP/DSP environments.
  • Proven success managing and scaling partnerships teams responsible for premium inventory acquisition and programmatic deal execution.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including in-app, omni-channel, and web DSPs and SSPs.
  • Hands-on experience running PMP deals, including deal structuring, negotiation, and partner relationship management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that balance short-term wins with long-term growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with programmatic reporting tools.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
  • Collaborative leader with a passion for mentoring teams and building strong, cross-functional partnerships.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:

$174,000—$250,000 USD
