Summary:
The M&A and Integration Strategy Manager will be supporting the numerous M&A and Integration projects for Refresco NA., helping to lead projects aligned with the strategic plan for the organization. This position will be responsible for analysis, including M&A modeling and due diligence research. Additionally, this position will be responsible for leading integration efforts of newly acquired companies into the Refresco network and conducting postmortem reviews of these newly acquired assets. This position will work with multiple stakeholders across the entire organization, presenting business cases to a wide-ranging audience including the Senior Management Team, the Operating Board, and Management at Group.
Essential Functions:
- Work cross-functionally to drive Project Management related to integration of newly acquired assets for the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all departments during all integration activities.
- Assist with M&A reviews including the modeling of deals and due diligence activities.
- Work closely with Legal during IOI, LOI and Purchase Agreement development.
- Leverage both internal and external data to build out financial models assessing both risks and synergies for the project at hand.
- Build positive and trustful working relationships with numerous business partners across the organization.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and evaluate business needs, challenges and opportunities within the current business environment.
- Perform business analysis, develop business cases, and present recommendations for assigned projects that are aligned with the strategic plan for the organization.
- Work across multiple channels and conduct ad hoc analysis as requested by the Senior Management to provide key insights to facilitate decision making.
- Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure alignment on business roadmap development and provide support in future business planning activities.
- Continually evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to achieve defined goals for the organization.
- Conduct postmortem analytics on key initiatives and communicate key learnings across the organization.

Manager
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination.
- Provides training, direction and instruction and conducts performance evaluations.
- Provides guidance and training on work standards and expected outcomes.
- Accountable for planning and evaluating performance, staff training and development, recruitment and may contribute to pay recommendations.
Competencies:

Required Skills:
- Prior Project Management, ideally within M&A.
- Ability to provide fact-based recommendations across various levels of management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
- This position will need to utilize multiple data sources to navigate through large data sets and summarize findings into a management level communication.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency working in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions
- Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of an organization
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, planning and organizational skill.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors of Science degree. Finance or related field strongly preferred
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
- 5 years of experience in M&A, project management, financial analysis, revenue analytics, or related field
- Experience interacting directly with sales and business teams required
