Senior Director, Respiratory HCP Marketing Lead

The Senior Director of Respiratory Marketing will contribute to the financial success of prodcut and will report to the Executive Director, Respiratory Marketing Lead. The primary areas of responsibility will be to lead the strategy development and competitive planning of product for the Asthma indication, that will continue to build and drive demand for product in this growing competitive market. Specifically, this will include leading the development of Asthma and both Pulmonary and Allergy focused strategy ensuring strong alignment with the broader franchise strategy across other specialties and creative.

A typical day may include the following:

  • Lead the development of the Asthma and Pulmonary/Allergy strategy and ensures alignment with overall brand strategy with key specialist targets
  • Develops Asthma focused messages supporting the sales organizations (both PULM and Allergist)
  • Partners with National Sales Director (for both PULMs and Allergists) in the development of specialist focused planning in support of the evolving Asthma competitive market and the growing pulmonary disease group
  • Partner with Market Access to support reimbursement strategy and execution
  • Address key insights and proactively identify customer needs to establish product as biologic of choice in Asthma
  • Ensures that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines

  • Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members, and across departments, to ensure consistency and collaboration in strategy development and implementation of programs

To be considered for this role, you will bring 15+ years of "progressive" life science experience; 8+ years of pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing, product management, or related industry/ relevant professional experience and a bachelor's degree.

Salary Range (annually)

$212,900.00 - $354,800.00
