We are looking for a Club Concierge based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Club Concierge, we rely on you to:

  • Provide personalised guest services, secretarial, concierge services and food & beverage services
  • Perform check-ins and check-outs
  • Be responsible for mail and information and airlines reservations / confirmations
  • Supervise and assist in the training of Club Ambassadors

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitalty Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Service Industry, preferably in Front Office or Airline operations
  • Self-motivated and well-organised
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Club Ambassador
