What you will do:

Reporting to the Manager, Communications for Americas Regions and Markets, you will be responsible for supporting an impactful and inspiring communication strategy that enables a positive employee experience and drives business growth for our Americas region.

In this role, you will be instrumental in the support of planning, creating, and executing communication strategies across multiple channels and for a diverse audience. Your understanding of effective communication messaging, tools / technology and channel strategy (online and offline) will make you a successful candidate in this role. Working with the wider communications team, you will strive to continually evaluate and improve our capabilities, resources, and communication vehicles for all employees, regardless of role and location, while bringing new and innovative ideas to the table.

How you will do it:

  • Support the deployment of the communications strategy for Americas regional, market and commercial leaders, reinforcing the vision, purpose and goals of the organization.
  • Develop a meaningful understanding of the strategic business needs to create compelling stories and key messages and communicate them in a simple, engaging, impactful and informative way.
  • Be passionate about the methods and messaging our field employees are most receptive and responsive to.
  • Develop compelling content that builds understanding and drives action across Americas region from our key stakeholders.
  • Support and reinforce processes and protocol to ensure accurate dissemination of timely and impactful information.
  • Learn about new and different ways of communicating to engage all employee persona groups.
  • Develop an understanding for the KPIs and metrics important to the business as well as channels and methods for tracking and monitoring data. Support execution of measurement plans and campaigns to demonstrate value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, public relations and social media to create integrated campaigns and leverage existing content.
  • Support various communications programs from concept to completion as assigned by your manager.

What we look for:

Required

  • Two or more years specifically in corporate employee communications with demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of creative formats.
  • Must possess the desire to interact with all levels of the organization with the ability to maintain confidential or sensitive information, as well as influence with and without authority.
  • Ability to tailor messages to various employee audiences using appropriate tone, nuance level of information and alignment to enterprise strategy; superior command of grammar and usage.
  • Ability to quickly gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources; aptitude for translating complex topics and issues into broadly understandable messages to employees.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proactively seeks out learning opportunities; self-starter.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Creative.
  • Data-driven and/or familiar with effective communication measurement.
  • Collaborative approach but able to work independently as needed.

Preferred

  • PowerBI or other data analytics software program experience.

This is a hybrid role at our Glendale, WI office, requiring three days of in-office presence and allowing two days of remote work each week.
