Services KA Manager
The Services KA Manager is responsible for driving growth and managing relationships with key clients from Chiller installed base customers. This role focuses on strategic account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving service sales targets in life cycle of customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts, targeting after-market business, have very good planning, budget, proposal creation, tender and monitor delivery by fulfillment team to make sure customer recuring purchasing and satisfactions.
- Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and execute plans to achieve sales targets, build and covert strong service pipeline from key accounts.
- Understand competitive landscape and have very good influencer and manage different stakeholders from customer to demonstrate Chiller expertise and experience to win.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide reports to management on account status and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs and expectations.
- Promote digital and new business develop and retrofit opportunities in enterprise key accounts to generate value for customers in terms of decarbonization trend.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field in Chiller and air-conditioning after market.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the HVAC or building services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience in managing large accounts and complex contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
