We are seeking a motivated and eager to learn Project Management Officer / Business Analyst in UBS Asset Management to support the Head of Structuring Governance. This role is integral to making product oversight processes efficient, data driven and automated.

As such, we are searching for a Project Management Officer / Business Analyst to:

• Take responsibilities of project management office for product governance change projects, especially for mandates.
• Create project plans in collaboration with project lead and stakeholders from across the value chain, track progress and generate update presentations for management.
• Work with management and operations to ensure and accelerate efficient functioning of processes, especially of AM mandate processes, as well as product change and oversight processes.
• Jointly with Subject Matter Experts, conduct thorough front-to-back process analysis and assessments, and document accordingly.
• Actively propose and implement changes to enhance processes, make them more efficient, robust and automated, while assuring regulatory compliance.

Your team

You’ll be part of the newly built global Structuring Governance team of Asset Management in Wroclaw, Poland. As a Project Management Officer / Business Analyst you will be working closely with colleagues across functions on a global level. Your team is the first point of entry for any product launches and changes on the global product shelf and for implementing key strategic product initiatives, especially for mandates.

Your team is part of Client Coverage within UBS Asset Management. Our business offers industry leading capabilities on a truly global scale. With over 1.8 trillion* in invested assets, we are the third largest Europe-based asset manager and the number 12 firm globally. Client Coverage is the sales organization driving the growth of our business by building relationships with Clients (*as of 31 Dec 2024)

Your expertise

• Bachelor or Master degree in banking / finance, business administration, international business or equivalent
• Previous 5-8 years of experience, ideally within the financial services industry or with a strategic consulting company
• Prior experience in project management, project management office, business analytics, process management, product governance or product management
• Professional SharePoint, Power Automate, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with an eye for details, Power BI is a plus
• Sound understanding of financial instruments (i.e. discretionary and advisory mandates) and relevant involved parties is a plus
• Strong ability to asses complex information and processes, being able to document processes in detail and challenge constructively
• Open-minded personality who likes to collaborate with people from across the division, able to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
