Job Title- AWS Data Lead

Total Experience required - 10-15 years

  • Lead data engineer with Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in Stakeholder management and Project Management.
  • Experience in leading team in onshore- offshore model.
  • Collaborate on design, develop and implement data migration solutions to Databricks for processing business critical high-volume data sets strictly adhering to the schedule.
  • Prior experience in migration projects
  • Experience in Spark Optimization techniques to optimize and deliver highly scalable solutions using Databricks compute options.
  • Review the development and testing activities performed by data engineers to ensure data engineering standards.
  • Extensive experience in Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high quality software releases through Sprints.
  • Experience in CICD.

Technical expertise expected –

Cloud technologies - AWS, AWS S3, EC2, EMR, HIVE, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow

Programming languages – SQL, Python, Spark, PySpark, SQL, Hive

Tools – Git, JIRA, Jenkins
