What is the Opportunity?

We are a fast-growing wealth management team focused on serving high-net-worth business owners. We’re seeking a high-energy Cold Caller who thrives on making volume outreach—over 100 dials per day—to generate qualified leads and book appointments with business owners interested in professional portfolio management.

What will you do?

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to targeted business owners
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition and spark interest in our wealth management services
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with the Senior Portfolio Manager
  • Log and track all interactions in CRM accurately
  • Follow up with warm leads to maintain engagement
  • Stay persistent, professional, and personable throughout outreach

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales (finance background a plus)
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
  • Driven, resilient, and comfortable handling objections
  • Confident speaking with business owners and high-net-worth individuals
  • Ability to work independently, meet daily call targets, and manage follow-ups
