Some Typical Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Project Controls supports projects and programs with cost/schedule management and data analysis. Project Controls personnel provide the data needed to make informed decisions on program/project execution. Cost/schedule management includes baseline development/management, performance reporting, variance analysis and Baseline Change Control. Project Controls personnel integrate cost, schedule, technical scope and risk to assess progress against a baseline, use that information to identify problems and forecast cost and schedule at completion. These cost/schedule management tasks are performed in compliance with DOE Orders and government cost control guidelines. Project Controls personnel utilize various programs to perform their duties including P6, COBRA and Excel.

Utilize schedule, basis of estimate, and work breakdown structure (WBS) data dictionary, Assist CAMs with Performance Baseline Management reporting and correcting cost/schedule, provide monthly reports to customers issues,
