The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic Senior FP&A Analyst to support our rapid growth. You will help with the company's rolling forecast, budgeting, and financial performance analysis, partnering with senior leaders to drive data‑backed decision‑making. This high‑impact role combines deep financial modelling with business partnering to deliver insights that shape product, go‑to‑market, and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly rolling forecast process for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
- Prepare the annual operating plan (AOP) and quarterly reforecasts; guide cost‑center owners through target setting.
- Deliver detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear business driver commentary for flash results and within one business day post-final close.
- Build and maintain driver‑based financial models and scenario analyses to support executive decisions.
- Develop executive dashboards and board‑ready reporting packages using Tableau or Power BI.
- Continuously improve planning systems and automate ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) data flows.
- Support audit and compliance requests, ensuring adherence to US GAAP
- Serve as a finance business partner, translating financial insights into actionable initiatives.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Forecast Accuracy (Revenue & EBITDA): ± 3 % vs. actuals.
- Budget Cycle Time: < 15 calendar days after month‑end close.
- Variance Commentary Timeliness: publish flash results on the 3rd working day and within one business day post‑final close.
- Process Automation: Reduce manual data prep time by 40 % within the first year.
Qualifications
- 4‑6 years of progressive FP&A experience in high‑growth SaaS or technology companies (ARR ≥ $50 M).
- Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel/Sheets; SQL or Python proficiency a plus.
- Hands‑on experience with planning tools and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Solid understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606, and multi‑currency consolidation.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; MBA, CFA, or CMA certification a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is advantageous.
