Site Manager

Job Description: The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction and management phases of a photovoltaic (PV) plant. This role ensures that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. The Site Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage site personnel, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities according to the project schedule. - Ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan and client requirements. - Monitor project progress and interface with other company functions and subcontractors on-site. - Prepare and present periodic progress reports to the Project Manager (PM). Quality Control: - Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to standards. - Manage non-conformance reports and implement corrective actions. Safety Management: - Implement health and safety protocols as per internal policies. - Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. - Ensure all site personnel are trained in safety procedures and authorized to access the site. Subcontractor Coordination: - Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. - Coordinate on-site meetings and communicate project updates. - Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site. - Involve the PM in scheduled deadlines and in case of immediate and extraordinary needs. Resource Management: - Manage site personnel and subcontractors. - Oversee the delivery and storage of materials and equipment. - Ensure efficient use of resources to minimize cost
