50% Building Maintenance
1. Cleaning, disinfecting, dusting, waxing or polishing: equipment,
facility floors, walls, windows, furnishings, locker rooms, hallways,
restrooms, shower areas, offices, concourses, etc.
2. Operating and Maintaining Equipment: hand truck, floor scrubbers,
Kaivac, E5, Xtract, Electrostatic Sprayers and other cleaning
equipment according to safety and training.
35% Building Operations
1. Event setups and changeovers according to verbal or written
instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
2. Remove shipped materials from delivery vehicles and move to
designated storage areas.
3. Report any malfunctioning building equipment/fixtures so they can
be repaired in an efficient manner.
15% Building Security
1. Report any damaged stadium property.
2. Take precautions to secure storage area content against loss.
Job Qualifications:
As a member of the facility operations staff, you will be responsible for the daily operations, as well as event conversion and event services for Williams Arena and Maturi Pavilion. Athletic Facilities is a unit of Intercollegiate Athletics whose mission is to provide
safe and competitive facilities to the University community and to its stakeholders.
Pay Range: $15.25; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
