We are hiring a Sales Support – Rebates Analyst to… manage the Rebates calculation and payments process within the Pricing & Contracts team. You will administer all aspects of the rebate program and provide related metrics and data analysis and assure the timely and error-free payment of rebate commitments to customers.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Process required reports to calculate customer rebates, ensuring an error-free result
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure an accurate accrual for rebates
  • Manage rebates-related communications with Steelcase salespeople, dealers and clients
  • Process all payments to customers for rebate programs.
  • Development of rebate volume reports for the sales field and other internal teams
  • Providing assistance to promote improvements and automation within Rebate systems
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in international business, Accounting, or a related business field — or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Advanced English as a must.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role where you've supported business operations
  • Background in one or more of the following areas: sales support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or customer service
  • Comfortable using Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., working with formulas, filters, pivot tables)

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with SAP
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and high demand environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer Service centered
