Responsabilidades

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst &ndash Cost Optimization to join our Indirect Procurement team. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, improving service delivery, and supporting cross-functional initiatives focused on productivity, standardization, and spend transparency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering data-driven insights, facilitating cost-out workshops, and driving continuous improvement across indirect categories.

Requisitios

  • Bachelor&rsquos degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Master&rsquos degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles, with a strong focus on indirect categories and cost optimization.
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Project management experience and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, managing multiple projects, and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
