Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in programming with Java.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • Experience with physical/virtual keyboard/input method and internationalization technologies.
  • Experience with AOSP code base and development process.
  • Experience in Android development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new Gboard features.
  • Improve Gboard's product excellence and system health.
  • Improve the design and implementation of Gboard's infrastructures and work closely with other feature teams to support their work.
