NOW HIRING for a Customer Service Specialist!!! This is a Direct Placement/Permanent hire with a rapidly growing manufacturing company who offers excellent compensation and benefits package!!! Must be Qualified!!

MUST HAVES:

2+ year of customer service

2+ years of order entry experience

2+ experience ERP systems experience - Epicor (Profit 21), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics

Description:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders for products and services, requests for prices and quotations while providing exceptional customer service.

Field inbound calls from customers (answer questions, research products, quote requests, and receipt of orders).

Answer inbound customer calls regarding Automation machines and parts.

Provide support for Outside Sales staff.

Enter in customer orders in to ERP system (they're implementing SAP)

Create customer quotes for price, terms of sale, availability, delivery dates and other related information

Occasionally receive troubleshooting problems from customers. They will most likely transfer to the technical rep or one of the engineers.

Occasionally perform outbound calls and emails to vendors to clarify orders and requests. Typically this is all done through the ERP system.

Receive a lot of inbound email orders as well.

Placement of purchase orders with our suppliers within the company guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
