Description

This individual will provide senior-level support as a IT Vendor Management/Asset Management team. We are looking to find someone with more contracting/ negotiating experience, as that is our biggest need right now.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement, vendor management and asset management processes through sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and selecting vendors to procure technology products, including hardware, software and professional services.
  • Provide training to all stakeholders on vendor performance & contractual obligations. Assist in monitoring business developed vendor management performance action plans to address areas of deficiency.
  • Review renewals and ensure purchases are in alignment with utilization. Be cognizant of changes and trends in the business and technology sectors assisting in researching and evaluating of technology solutions.

  • Strong analysis and problem resolution skills
  • Experienced in enterprise software …e.g. Window, Office, SharePoint, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of enterprise hardware and software
  • Experience working in a formal IT environment with auditing controls
  • Experienced with IT purchasing software
  • Experienced in invoice processing accounts payable
  • Knowledge of IT industry, products and services
  • Expert in developing workflow and procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
