Summary:
Acts as the main point of contact and advocate for the referral program. Provides Talent Acquisition specialized support with attraction strategies, employee-facing events, and recruiting campaigns. This position represents the voice and image of the referral program across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively collect referrals within our agents and staff members to increase the recruiting pipeline.
- Execute and propose creative strategies to promote and improve the efficiency of the Refer a Friend Program. Announce and provide proactive communication regarding RAF promotions, payment status, etc.
- Interacts with the leaders to determine the advertising and promotional business requirements, communicating ideas that inspire, inform or captivate throughout our RAF Channels.
- Participate in new hire inductions to promote and explain the employee referral program.
- Creates and maintains strong relations with third-party suppliers and other entities to meet hiring needs.
- Works on dynamic activities to encourage participation in the program at a country level. Works directly with agents, candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging interviews for visiting candidates.
- Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external referral-related events (e.g., competitions, promotional activities).
