Sutter Street Manufacturing is a subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. The Merchandise Processor(s) - Stockroom position is in Claremont, NC.
You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Receiving materials.
- Check in product against packing list for accuracy.
- Create/print labels and apply to cartons for put away.
- Pull correct product from a Pick Sheet to send to production floor.
- Restocking material in shelves.
- Using computer systems to locate material.
- Other duties assigned by Manager.

- At least 3 years of experience in upholstered furniture manufacturing environment.
- Certified to operate an Order Picker, Reach Truck.
- Ability to operate RF equipment where needed.
- Experience using computers for tracking and locating material.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
- Ability to keep accurate records and follow documented procedures and standards.
- Knowledge of distribution computer systems (WMS & OMS).
- Computer and Microsoft Office experience.
- Standard warehouse operation experience.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent time-management skills including ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Good vision with or without corrective lenses.
- Good communication skills - oral and written.
