As a Customer Service Representative for our Betty J. Johnson North Sarasota Library, you will stand as the direct point of contact for customers, resolving routine questions, or problems, and referring to more complex issues when necessary. All employees participate in setting unit, library, and system goals, contribute to decision-making, and evaluate the team's progress. Many Voices, One Team. Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.
Starting Pay Rate: $18.18/hr
