TPG Construction is looking for a Project Superintendent!

Project Superintendent will coordinate and manage all on-site activities, as well as work with project management teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foreman, and Field Personnel and other office departments, to deliver successful projects to owners on time with the highest quality standards.

Project Superintendent duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling work, and overseeing progress.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct on-site project meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and documentation of any changes or deviations from the project plan.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owner’s representatives to address project requirements and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring that they meet project requirements and deliverables.
Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and costs to maintain profitability and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Communicate regularly with the project’s owner’s representatives and project management, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues or concerns that may impact project completion.
