Job Summary
The Jindal School of Management (JSOM) is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional to serve as Assistant Dean for JSOM Community and Corporate Relations. This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive strategy to strengthen JSOM’s community engagement and expand corporate partnerships across multiple areas, including advisory boards, research collaboration, student engagement, and philanthropic support.
The Assistant Dean will ensure that all initiatives align with both university-wide priorities and the school’s strategic goals. A key focus of the role is to cultivate and manage relationships with industry leaders, regional corporations, chambers of commerce, and community organizations to support the growth and visibility of JSOM.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders including faculty, research centers, student organizations, and administrative leadership to identify opportunities for meaningful partnerships that deliver mutual value. This individual will also serve as a connector between JSOM and the broader DFW community, driving initiatives that promote corporate engagement, experiential learning, and community impact.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelors degree and 5 years of related progressive experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
