Position Summary

In this hybrid position, you will combine your competencies for IT and hardware at Roche Diagnostics. You will be part of the Service team as a Field Service Engineer and at the same time perform IT related tasks on the solution installed, providing a varied and exciting everyday life. You will refer to “Service Lead” and work closely with a team of skilled colleagues covering laboratories and customers throughout Denmark. This is a temporary position for 2 years with possibility to extend.

The Opportunity

• Be responsible for providing best in class technical and IT and support on fully automated laboratory solutions.
• Plan and execute on-site training for both IT applications and instrument usage.
• Cooperation with IT and medical technical departments, as well as internal specialists.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations, and always have patients in focus.
• Scheduling and performing installation, preventive maintenance, and emergency visits to instruments (evening and weekend work may occur).
• Reporting of daily tasks in our CRM system.

Who you are

• An electronic or medico background is an advantage. but are not limited to.
• Experience with fully automated laboratory solutions, especially Inpeco Flexlab, is considered a great advantage.
• Experience with, and or strong interest in the combination of IT and technical service.
• Broad technical experience, preferably with IT skills and experience in troubleshooting and repair of complex problems. Knowledge of the laboratory world is also an advantage.
• Speaks fluent Danish and English, and has good communicative skills.
• Is enterprising, courageous and driven by making a difference.
• Is team-oriented and can work independently and has the ability to deliver under pressure with many parallel ongoing processes.
• Driving license in Class B. You must be willing to travel domestically.
• Some travel activity associated with training and service visits should be anticipated.

I denne hybrid stilling vil du kombinere dine kompetencer for IT og hardware hos Roche Diagnostics. Du vil være en del af Service-teamet som Field Service Engineer og samtidig udføre opgaver, hvilket giver en varieret og spændende hverdag. Dine opgaver:

• Være ansvarlig for at yde "best in class" IT og teknisk support på fuldautomatiserede laboratorieløsninger.
• Planlægge og gennemføre træning hos kunden både i forhold til IT-applikationer og instrumentbrug.
• Samarbejde med IT- og medico-tekniske afdelinger, samt interne specialister.
• Etablere og vedligeholde gode kunderelationer, og altid have patienterne i fokus.
• Planlægning og udførelse af installation, forebyggende vedligeholdelse og akutte besøg på instrumenter (aften- og weekendarbejde kan forekomme).
• Rapportering af daglige opgaver i Rexis CRM-systemet.

Hvem er du

• En elektronisk eller medico teknisk baggrund er en fordel.
• Erfaring med fuldautomatiseret laboratorieløsninger, her især Inpeco Flexlab, vil anses for en stor fordel.
• Erfaring med, og eller, stærk interesse for kombinationen af IT og teknisk service.
• Bred teknisk erfaring, helst med IT-færdigheder og erfaring i fejlfinding og reparation af komplekse problemer. Kendskab til laboratorie verdenen er også en fordel.
• Snakker flydende dansk og engelsk, og har gode kommunikative evner.
• Er initiativrig, modig og drevet af at gøre en forskel.
• Er teamorienteret og kan arbejde selvstændigt og har evnen til at levere under pres med mange parallelle løbende processer.
• Kørekort i klasse B. Du skal være villig til at rejse indenrigs.
• En del rejseaktivitet i forbindelse med træning og servicebesøg skal påregnes.
