The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Channel Activation Marketer (m/f/*) for Security & Industrial Business Group (SIBG), you will have the opportunity to plan, activate and execute on “To and Through” communications with Channel Partners according to EMEA/local calendar and to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

The scope of the role is the South Europe Region with main focus on Iberia (Spain and Portugal) with supporting responsibilities within France and Italy.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the local activation of EMEA channel programs
• Driving engagement/execution on Joint Marketing Plans to GIC channel partner – DSR engagement, Catman, JBP support …
• Developing and activating eCommerce capabilities of channel partners
• Providing Promotion plan and support
• Managing dedicated local budget (Marketing & MDF) and tracking MROI by using internal digital platforms (e. g. Excel, PowerBI, Data Analytics).
• Providing insights and input to the regional and global channel & division teams to ensure that the needs of the region are addressed and continuously improve our programs.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree minimum preferably in the field of Business Management and Marketing
• Proven first experience in a B-to-B marketing function, Channel/Trade Marketing. Sales experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Good analytical, synthesis, communication skills
• Project & time management
• Business sense, customer and result oriented
• French and Italian will be an advantage

Job specifics:

• Job location: The position will be based at 3M Spain Headquarters, 28027 Madrid
• Travel: may include up to 50% (mainly within Spain and Portugal to visit customers)
• Hybrid working environment (onboarding of 2-3 months taking place fully at the office, then 2 days remotely, 3 days at the office)
• Working pattern: full time
