Responsibilities Leverage sophisticated data gathering, processing and analysis techniques to perform exploratory and predictive data analysis. Conduct deep analysis into user behavior, product features and content ecosystem to generate business insights for improving initiatives and advertising and/or marketing campaigns. Design metrics framework to measure product healthiness, keep track of core metrics and understand root causes of metric movements. Clean and manipulate raw data using statistical software. Recommend data-solutions to key stakeholders on experiment launches and measure the impact of product or technical changes. Partner with engineers and product stakeholders to deliver product insights and strategy.
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Statistics, Advertising, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Statistics, Advertising, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting exploratory and predictive analysis using Python, R, and/or Scala; Designing A/B tests, conducting statistical analysis, and interpreting A/B test results to provide insights for product features; Cleaning and processing data using relational databases and Hadoop Systems; and Building clustering and classification machine learning models.
