Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the coatings industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and report progress to senior management.

Basic Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the coatings industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in market analysis and strategic planning; ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
