The Talent Implementation Consultant is expected to independently manage concurrent projects and overall workload in accordance with ADPs Service Excellence standard, as well as in alignment to NAS Talent best practices. Success and performance indicators are assessed through the following systems: Client satisfaction measured by survey Efficiency and productivity captured in metrics such as deal completion and response and action that meet established timeline, and other analogous indicators. Quality & accuracy determined through project notes and documentation, as well presence of production errors. Feedback from Support, Leaders, and internal partners in relation to assigned work and responsibilities.PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in HCM related field or equivalent education and experience Experience or Training in Project Management and Recruitment Work experience or certifications in Business Analysis, Networking, Database Usage
