Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and operationally focused Manager, Asset Management & IT Infrastructure team This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across a wide spectrum of IT functions. You’ll manage people, processes, and technologies while designing and implementing scalable solutions across our growing global footprint with responsibility for endpoint, network infrastructure, audiovisual technology, and global office expansion projects.

If you thrive in a collaborative, people-first environment and value humility, humor, self-awareness, and quality, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re looking for a leader who can align endpoint and infrastructure operations with broader business goals — someone who’s just as comfortable refining AV standards and networking plans for a new office build-out as they are optimizing asset lifecycle processes or mentoring a distributed IT team.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the strategy and execution for endpoint management and software asset management technologies, including lifecycle processes for employee laptops, mobile devices, and associated software.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of endpoint engineers and specialists across our global offices, fostering an inclusive, transparent, and feedback-driven team culture.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap for endpoint management services, aligned with company goals and business needs.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve processes to enhance the employee experience and ensure efficient provisioning, compliance, and inventory management.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, security, and business units, translating complex endpoint-related concepts into actionable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, SLAs, and team workloads using tools such as Jira and Zendesk.
  • Oversee network infrastructure planning and implementation across global offices, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Oversee and lead the day to day activities for our company network.
  • Manage Audio-Visual (AV) technology solutions and integration, supporting corporate events and remote collaboration needs.
  • Lead initiatives for global office expansion, overseeing IT infrastructure setup and readiness in new locations.

Why Join Us:

  • We prioritize thoughtful, data-driven decision-making and support innovation through experimentation.
  • You’ll work on high-impact projects that directly improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Our team values humor, honesty, and collaboration, creating a culture where you can truly be yourself.
  • We support continuous learning and development, and give you the autonomy to lead and shape meaningful initiatives.
