The Senior Vice President of finance is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and executing all financial operations across the organization. This executive will serve as a key business partner to the CFO and senior leadership team, driving financial strategy, optimizing operational efficiencies, and ensuring the company maintains a strong financial position in a rapidly evolving industry. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional financial acumen, deep industry expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to supporting business growth and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Oversee treasury management, capital allocation, and risk management to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Develop and implement financial policies, processes, and internal controls to drive efficiency, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights that drive business decisions, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development opportunities.
• Drive financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee M&A activities, due diligence, and integration efforts as needed.
• Identify and lead special projects and initiatives that improve financial performance and business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including significant time in executive roles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams.
• Deep understanding of financial strategy, forecasting, and business planning.
• Experience in a similarly dynamic, fast-paced industry is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and influence executive decision-making.
• Expertise in financial modeling, data-driven decision-making, and leveraging technology for financial optimization.
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
• Executive presence and ability to collaborate with C-suite leaders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.
• Commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

$325,000 - $375,000
