This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

We are looking for a fun respite provider to hang out at home with these two young boys. Flexibility when creating your schedule with the family. Would love someone who is active, easy going, and willingness to change gears if needed. This would be a fill-in position when the current respite providers are unavailable or cannot fulfill their hours.

SHIFTS:

• 5-10 Hours per week
• On Call + Build Your Own Schedule

WAGE:

• $17.70 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a background check
