PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Jamesbury Assembler to join a leading manufacturing client in Shrewsbury, MA. This is your opportunity to be a key player in a production team known for precision, innovation, and quality.

As a Jamesbury Assembler, you’ll play a crucial role in producing high-quality valve assemblies that support vital industrial operations. Your work directly contributes to the integrity and performance of essential systems across various industries.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components using hand and power tools with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings to ensure accurate product builds.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Assist with the movement of materials within the assembly area.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 0–1+ years of experience in a similar assembly role.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly.
• Forklift or pallet jack operation experience (a plus, not required).

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
