Hi there, Gen is looking for a new Typescript developer. We are building a new cross-company and cross-platform Design System, that will streamline our workflows from Figma to Code to Production.

Job Description:

Ahead of us lies a an uneasy task of unifying various Gen brands (Norton, Avast, Avg, Avira, etc.) and products across all platforms into a unified designed system and single source of truth. The current landscape is very scattered and we will be taking gradual steps working with the designers to align everything in a common basis developing new internal tools and components to be used in our new Design System ecosystem. You will be exploring and creating new pipelines connecting Figma to our code development processes, working with CI/CD tools like TeamCity and GitHub to bring everything into a smoothly operating Design System delivery machine.

What you will do:

• learn our CI/CD pipeline
• understand Figma APIs and SuperNova exporters
• learn about various component systems and frameworks for different platforms
• do code reviews

What we need:

• Typescript knowledge
• willingness to lear new technology
• English level B1 or higher

What we welcome or we will teach you:

• Python knowledge is a plus...as a matter of fact any other programming knowledge (Kotlin, Swift, C++ is a plus)
• git, teamcity, JIRA
• how to work in Visual Studio Code
