Whether you're an experienced Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, or Home Health Aide, or you're just starting out and passionate about helping others, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact. No experience required – we provide paid training.

About the Role:

As a DSP, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both home and community settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals in their own homes with daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Using your personal vehicle to accompany individuals on outings in the community—including parks, sensory gardens, shopping trips, and social events.
• Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their personal goals by following their Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Providing companionship, mentorship, and support in a variety of engaging environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual with a strong desire to make a difference.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
