Day to day responsibilities:
- Windows OS platform
- Windows 10
- PC/Laptop Support experience
- Imaging experience; new devices, imaging software and network imaging
- Setting up local devices for remote employees
- Installing a variety software and encrypting drives
- Updating asset management when deploying new devices and re-issuing deployed devices
- Working with Active Directory to set up new employee accounts for Citrix, emails and passwords
- Troubleshoot via remote desktop and phone
- Deploying/replacing/uninstalling PC’s and printers
- Working with desktops/laptops/thin client’s devices
- Ticketing systems
- Occasionally subjected to irregular hours; weekends, holidays
- Physical Demands; occasional prolonged standing/walking, pushes/pulls or moves/lifts heavy equipment/supplies, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher; Information Technology degree preferred
- 3+ years of Desktop support, network support, PC maintenance & break fix
- Windows OS experience
- Imaging and refresh experience
- Strong troubleshooting experience
- Hardware/Software install and scrub removal
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) experience a plus
- Ability to follow procedures with little to no immediate supervision
Excellent communication skill & ability to work independently and on a team
