Day to day responsibilities:

  • Windows OS platform
  • Windows 10
  • PC/Laptop Support experience
  • Imaging experience; new devices, imaging software and network imaging
  • Setting up local devices for remote employees
  • Installing a variety software and encrypting drives
  • Updating asset management when deploying new devices and re-issuing deployed devices
  • Working with Active Directory to set up new employee accounts for Citrix, emails and passwords
  • Troubleshoot via remote desktop and phone
  • Deploying/replacing/uninstalling PC’s and printers
  • Working with desktops/laptops/thin client’s devices
  • Ticketing systems
  • Occasionally subjected to irregular hours; weekends, holidays
  • Physical Demands; occasional prolonged standing/walking, pushes/pulls or moves/lifts heavy equipment/supplies, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher; Information Technology degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Desktop support, network support, PC maintenance & break fix
  • Windows OS experience
  • Imaging and refresh experience
  • Strong troubleshooting experience
  • Hardware/Software install and scrub removal
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) experience a plus
  • Ability to follow procedures with little to no immediate supervision

Excellent communication skill & ability to work independently and on a team
