Production is the engine that drives projects forward at Code and Theory. As the cornerstone of our teams, producers are the glue that binds cross-functional talents, orchestrating every project’s successful delivery. They plan, manage, lead, price, challenge, and innovate to ensure flawless execution while balancing client success with agency business outcomes.

The hourly rates for this position is between $20 - $25 per hour based on role, skill set, education level, and experience.
